6 ways to pay rent or application fee

1. Walk inside of a Chase Bank and make a deposit into our account. The LVA agent will provide the bank account number to you. Make sure your full name, property address and unit number is clearly on the Chase Bank deposit slip.

We do not accept payments with Payment Protection. Do not select this option. You are responsible for the 5% Venmo fee. Add 5% to the total when using Venmo. (We recommend using the other free options)
